How to enhance the speed of your Windows 10 using Task Manager. Startup files loads when Windows 10 starts. These files uses memory and processor resources in the background. These memory resident software from antivirus or security software will scan files that will run when we open application. If you have the latest processor and a large memory installed on your computer that's okay but if you have so many startup files or memory resident files running on your system it will still slowdown your computer. As we, further use our computer we also install more software on it and startup files also accumulated on our system. So, it is better to always check your system for startup files build up.

You can disable all the files loaded on your Windows 10 startup but better to leave some files that are really important. Antivirus is very important so better leave it there. You can expand the details of the files by dragging the line separator. This will help you understand what to enable or disable on your startup files.

I am afraid to change or disable my files on my Windows 10 startup. I have this question in my mind.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What if my windows 10 system will crash?

No, your windows 10 will not crash when you edit your startup files or disable your startup files on it.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What if my windows operating system will not boot up?

If you edit your Windows 10 startup files windows boot up will not be affected. I always edit or disable startup files using Task Manager windows system still work properly.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What if I have selected the wrong files?

If you disabled the wrong files you can still enable it again. Run the "Task Manager" again and enable your files on the startup. You can experiment on your startup files by disabling or enabling it and see if there is an effect if it  is enabled or disabled.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What if my disable program won't work anymore?

No, files that are disabled on startup will still work. I have always disabled startup files and the programs associated with it are still working.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Too many startup files on your windows 10 will slow your computer. Also, if you have two or more antivirus or anti-spyware or security software it will affect your system performance. Just choose security software with all the features you need like firewall, anti-spyware, anti-hacker, antivirus, email protection, privacy protection, etc.
