How to adjust windows 7 for best performance.
Windows Theme uses graphical enhancement, animation and previews to improve visual effects. These visual effects uses processor, memory and virtual memory. If we often play games it is recommend to disable these visual effects. Lets get started, just go to system properties.
You can go here by 2 ways.
Method 1:
1. Right click the Computer icon in the desktop
2. and choose "Properties".
3. Then click "Advance system settings",
4. In the "Performance section" click "Settings".
5. New window will pop-up,
6. Select "adjust for best performance"
7. Click apply and wait for few seconds for visual effects to take effect on your system.

You can also use my custom settings below.
Method 2
1. Go to Start Control Panel.
2. Choose "System and Security".
3. Then click "System",
4. Click "Advance system settings",
5. In the "Performance section" click "Settings".
6. New window will pop-up,
7. In Select "adjust for best performance"
8. Click apply.
Note: Method 2 is the same as method 1 but more effort in going to computer system settings.

If the settings you have selected will not satisfy you then you can always go back and edit your settings. You might not like the look of your windows visual effects but this will help your system to run faster. You can always experiment in your settings to see if you are satisfied with it.
