What if there were errors while installing the driver?
Maybe your downloaded file does not match with your device. Try downloading different version of the file. Double check the windows type installed on your computer.
Step 7.
Testing your computer if problem is fixed. Plug in a known good speaker or headset in your computer.

Go back to "How to identify sound or audio chip in your motherboard?"section. Perhaps you did not identify the sound device properly. Also, you have to download from motherboard website the audio device driver.
What if there is no driver for the Operating System that I have in the motherboard website?
You can go to REALTEK Website for the driver if your audio chip is Realtek.
What if all method in installing the audio device driver fails?
A. You can use different sound card that uses PCI or PCI-E port.

Step 8.
Alternative or other way of installing sound card and other device driver in your computer.
What if there is an easiest way of installing drivers in our computer?
You might like to download this tool.
You can check their website here: DriverPack Solution.
There are ways to run DriverPack Solution.
Option 1: You can click "Install all required drivers" button on their main page.
Warning: This method may download other unnecessary start-up file on your computer like update your driver. You can remove the file using msconfig.exe, see below how to modify your startup files. You can also remove the file by uninstalling it in Defaults Programs section in Control Panel.
For Windows 10 startup files modification using Task Manager or msconfig.exe: click here.
For Windows 7 startup files modification using msconfig.exe: click here.
Option 2: Download "DriverPack Offline Full" but the file size is 17 GB.
I used it most of the time but it takes time to download the large file from the website.
What is good about it? DriverPack is free of charge.
Note: Sometimes DriverPack does not have the files for your device, you are required to update to a newer version or may try the above steps to install your device driver.
Hope this will solve your driver problem in most devices not only in sound card driver.
